2017 Annual Financial Statements
Nampak Limited’s Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30
September 2017 have been published on the Nampak website at
www.nampak.com.
Every person who holds or has a beneficial interest in any securities
issued by the Company may obtain the Annual Financial Statements for
the year ended 30 September 2017, or the Integrated Report, by either
downloading a copy from the Company’s website, or by requesting a copy
from Group Investor Relations by means of an email to
nondyebo.mqulwana@nampak.com, or a written request posted to PO Box
69983, Bryanston, 2021.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Nampak’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 1 February
2018 at 12:00 at The Forum at The Campus, Wanderers building, 57 Sloane
Street, Bryanston, South Africa to transact the business stated in the
notice. The notice, incorporating a summary of the Annual Financial
Statements, will be published on the Nampak website and distributed to
shareholders on 15 December 2017 together with the 2017 Integrated
Report. The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders
are entitled to receive the notice is Friday, 8 December 2017.The
record date for persons to be recorded as shareholders in the
securities register of the Company in order to be able to attend,
participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 26
January 2018. Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be
registered in the Company’s securities register is Tuesday, 23 January
2018.
