Shoki, CA(SA), is currently the chief financial officer of Small Enterprise Finance Agency SOC Ltd. Her previous experience includes being employed as a financial controller in the pharmacy division of Roche SA, as well as serving as the financial director of J. Walter Thompson. Shoki has over 18 years' extensive experience in senior management, board and executive committee roles in various industries including telecommunications, banking, financial services and pharmaceuticals. She is also an independent board member of the Gautrain Management Agency, an audit and risk committee member of the Railway Safety Regulator of South Africa, a member of the adjudication committee of the dti's Black Industrialists Financing Forum, a non-executive director of Anglo Sefa Mining Fund and an independent investment committee member of the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry. The board of directors of Ellies ("board") welcomes Shoki and looks forward to her contribution to the company.
