Subject: Exceeding the threshold of votes by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA
The Management Board of Globe Trade Center S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on October 16,
2018, it received a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA (PTE PZU S.A.)
acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Zlota Jesien" (OFE PZU) that in connection with
the completion on October 12 this year the liquidation of Pekao Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Pekao
OFE), resulting in the transfer of all assets of Pekao OFE to OFE PZU and PZU's contribution to all
rights and obligations of Pekao OFE, the previously held share of OFE PZU in the total number of votes
in Globe Trade Center S.A. (ISIN PLGTC0000037) increased on this day and exceeded the threshold
of 10% of the total number of votes.
The number of shares and votes held by OFE PZU in the Company immediately before the liquidation
of Pekao OFE and after its completion is presented in the following table:
