NO CHANGE STATEMENT, POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
integrated annual report (“Integrated Report”), incorporating the summarised audited
consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended
31 December 2018 (“Summarised Financial Statements”) and the notice of the annual
general meeting of the Company (“Notice of AGM”) was dispatched to Shareholders and
contains no modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on
18 February 2019.

The following reports are available on the Company’s website, at

ye2018pdf.pdf :

1.   the Integrated Report, incorporating the Summarised Financial Statements; and
2.   the full audited consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year
     ended 31 December 2018.

NOTICE OF AGM

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 14:00 on
Wednesday, 5 June 2019 at The Protea Hotel Stellenbosch, Techno Avenue, Techno Park,
Stellenbosch to transact the business as set out in the notice of AGM which forms part of the
Integrated Report.

The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 31 May 2019, with the last day to trade
being Tuesday, 28 May 2019.
