Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 1 July 2021, advising
of the delay in the finalisation of the Company’s Results. The delay was caused by protracted
negotiations in extending the Water and Software B-BBEE deals which had a major impact on the
Results. This was further exacerbated by continued delays in tenders being awarded to the respective
companies due to the ongoing impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which had a major impact on the
earnings of the respective companies included in the deals.
Accordingly, Sebata’s Results are expected to be released on SENS on or about 14 July 2021.
