VOLUNTARY BUSINESS UPDATE
Altron previously announced that Altron People Solutions was held for sale. Shareholders are advised
that the Board adopted a decision to split the business and sell it to two buyers effective from
1 October 2021.
Altron People Solutions’ Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Customer Experience Technology
(CXTech) business has been acquired by iSON Xperiences, a global organisation with headquarters in
Dubai which is looking to expand their African footprint. The business will operate from its current
premises.
The Learning Solutions part of the business was acquired by South African management consultancy
LRMG. Staff will be moving to the LRMG office premises.
The sale provides both of these different parts of Altron People Solutions with exciting growth
opportunities. Although the Altron People Solutions business is not aligned to the Altron 2.0 strategy,
it has a great industry track record and selling it into the right partners will allow opportunities for
growth and expansion.
