Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, of the following transactions in respect of the company’s shares by an executive director and the
company secretary of the company and directors of a major subsidiary of the company.

All transactions, for which the prescribed clearance was given, are in respect of the sale of ordinary
shares of the company (in which the persons transacting have a 100% direct and beneficial interest), were
executed on-market on 30 September 2021 and either relate to restricted or performance shares that
vested on that date and which were held in terms of the company’s 2012 share plan, were sold at a selling
price of R55.65 and were undertaken to rebalance investment portfolios and/or to settle the tax due on
