With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2021, shareholders are advised that the
summary annual financial statements and the notice of annual general meeting were distributed to
shareholders on Tuesday, 26 October 2021. The summarised annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the audited results which were released on SENS on Monday, 20 September 2021.

Audit report
We confirm that there have been no changes to the unmodified auditor’s report referenced in the audited
results which was made available to shareholders at the company’s registered office on the same date as
the release of the audited results.

Availability of annual financial statements, integrated report and King IV application summary
Shareholders are advised that RMI’s annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2021, which
include the consolidated and separate annual financial statements, and the external auditor’s unmodified
report, have been available on RMI’s website (www.rmih.co.za) since the audited results were released on
SENS on Monday, 20 September 2021.

RMI’s 2021 integrated report and King IV application summary will be available on RMI’s website
(www.rmih.co.za) from Friday, 29 October 2021.

A printed copy of the annual financial statements, integrated report and King IV application summary can
be requested from the company secretary, Schalk Human, at schalk.human@rmih.co.za and collected from
RMI’s registered office being 12th Floor, The Bank, corner of Cradock and Tyrwhitt Avenues, Rosebank,
2196 during office hours at no cost.

Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 11th annual general meeting of RMI shareholders will be held in the
boardroom, 12th floor, The Bank, corner of Cradock and Tyrwhitt Avenues, Rosebank, 2196 on Wednesday,
24 November 2021 at 09:00 to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming
part of the summary annual financial statements.

Changes to directorate
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that, due to
reasons including retirement and full-time professional demands, the following directors have decided to
step down from the RMI board of directors (RMI board) and board committees as from the date of the
annual general meeting on 24 November 2021:

    -   Mr Paul Harris, non-executive director
    -   Ms Sonja De Bruyn, independent non-executive director
    -   Mr Ralph Mupita, independent non-executive director
    -   Mr Obakeng Phetwe, non-executive director

RMI would like to thank these directors for their valuable contributions made over many years while
serving on the RMI board. A special word of gratitude is extended to Mr Paul Harris, one of the founding
members of the group, not only for his immeasurable contribution to RMI and the wider group, but also the
South African financial services landscape as a whole.

RMI is currently assessing the composition of the RMI board to align with its geographic and sectoral focus.
