This is in keeping with the board’s decision to begin rotating non-executive directors as the Company moves into a state of production. During his tenure as Non-Executive Chairman, Renergen has experienced excellent growth and value creation. Existing Non-Executive Director, Dr David King has agreed to serve as incoming Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 December 2021 to steer the Company through the next major phase of growth, as Renergen transitions into a helium and LNG producer. Stefano Marani, CEO of Renergen said “I would like to formally extend my sincere thanks to Brett for his service and dedication to Renergen over the past 7 years. His guidance has been invaluable in shepherding the Company to our current position and the strong position we find ourselves in today.” “I would like to congratulate David on his appointment as Non-Executive Chairman and importantly, look forward to his leadership and guidance as the Company transitions from greenfield to production status.” Incoming Chairman Dr David King said “I am excited to assume position of Executive/Non- Executive Chairman and thank Brett for his role in delivering the Company to the position of strength that we find ourselves in today.
