    JOB TITLE:
    Securities Dealer

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's Degree: Financial or Mathematics Degree
    Post Graduate Degree
    Relevant FSB Representative Exams
    CFA Level 3 completed
    Completion of the relevant SAIFM exams

    REQUIREMENTS:
    3/5 years' experience trading on S.A. Market at a recognised firm
    Proven track record of running a profit centre profitably
    Highly driven, motivated and energetic
    Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in execution
    Solid knowledge of Investment and Financial Markets
    Strong understanding of market dynamics and fundamentals
    Strong numerical, written and verbal communications skills
    Computer Literate: Excel knowledge (pivot tables, macros would be beneficial)
    Ability to operate in high pressurised environment, requiring effective prioritisation and time management
    Excellent English writing skills (you will be required to do a written test)
    Driver's licence and own transport

    PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Monitor and respond to incoming market information
    Economic announcements
    General trading activity to manage portfolio risk
    Identify investment opportunities
    Use trading metrics and statistical data to identify areas to increase profitability and improve performance
    Utilize analytical problem solving skills to troubleshoot trading systems
    Develop new trading tactics
    Improve platform operations

    IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTES:
    Must possess an ownership mentality and a willingness to take responsibility for tasks through to completion.
    Attention to detail, goal orientated and a willingness to learn and be hands on
    Ability to present well and build good relationships externally and internally

    Linux Systems Administrator

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in IT with special focus on Linux
    1 year experience in a similar role

    SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE:
    3 + years Linux experience essential and non-negotiable
    SQL Query Language essential
    Experience working with Office 365

    Good knowledge of mail systems (Exim, sendmail, smtp protocols)
    Excellent networking implementation and troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP)

    PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Monitoring Sharenet's Core Infrastructure
    Assist customer support team with high level support queries
    Manage system updates, patching and releases
    Modify operational configurations in response to changing needs
    Create and modify configuration and other scripts
    Coordinate and execute repair activities
    Monitor Sharenet's core infrastructure to ensure all feeds and servers are up and running
    Monitor VPN links between datacenters
    Mass Mailing systems - monitor mail queues/campaigns/mailers
    Handle queries from regarding mails not being delivered/Mailer issues
    System backups and Maintenance - Database/Firewalls/Routers/Switches/Servers
    Needs to ensure backups are run daily and test in dev environment
    SSL certificates - ensure all are up to date / renew / install new certificates
    Host company servers (CPANEL/WHMCS) administration and dealing with client issues (new emails/password resets/aliases)
    DNS changes
    Monitor Ultra
    Linux (CentOS) system administration:

    • Build, configuration and maintenance of standard Linux environments including virtual machines.
    • Apache Web server and PHP installation, maintenance, and administration, and database systems (Oracle, MySQL).
    • Strong hands on skills in Linux OS (CentOS)

    Social Media Specialist

    JOB BRIEF:
    We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.

    As a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales teams.

    Candidates should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are also responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and "soft selling" the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

    Our goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
    Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
    Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
    Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
    Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
    Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
    Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
    Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
    Measure the success of every social media campaign
    Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
    Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
    Work with colleagues to ensure content is informative and appealing
    Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
    Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
    Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
    Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
    Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
    Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
    Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles
    Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
    Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar

    KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
    Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
    Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills with an emphasis on catering to an online audience
    Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
    Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO's
    Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
    Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
    Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
    Know everything you possibly can about the company you're writing for because you are an integral part of the marketing process. Updates must be balanced with online networking to grow the business and you have to develop a strategy that works specifically for that company.
