NOTIFICATION OF PASSING OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
Board of Directors sadly announces the untimely passing of Mr Nkosinathi (“Nathi”)
Zuma after a short illness. Nathi was an independent non-executive director of Visual.

The Board expresses its sincere condolences to Nathi’s family, associates and friends
in this difficult time.
